This policy describes how Zayenha Link collects, uses, and protects data when you use our services.

1. Data We Collect

When creating an account: Name, email, phone (optional), and encrypted password.

When using links: We log clicks with: date/time (Riyadh timezone), device type, OS, country (from hashed IP), referring platform.

We never store full IP addresses. We use a hashed IP for unique click detection only, then discard it.

2. How We Use Data

Provide and improve the service
Send account-related notifications
Provide link statistics to you
Protect against abuse and fraud

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. We may share aggregated, non-personal data for statistical purposes.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to: Access your data, export your data, request deletion of your data. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by contacting us.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions, language, and preferences. Choosing “Accept all” allows additional cookies for analytics and improvement, and an X tool that measures our ads and shares browsing data with X. You can choose “Essential only” instead.

6. Security

Our platform runs on Cloudflare infrastructure with full SSL/TLS encryption. Sign-in is handled by Zayenha Hub (SSO) — we do not store account passwords. Optional link passwords are stored hashed (SHA-256), never as plaintext.
